Day visitors / Camping: R70 per person

   

River Shed & Log cabin dorm:

R90 per person per night

(minimum 4 people, maximum 16)

       

Hermit Hut (5 people max): 

R500 per night

Book entire river front with all facilities 
and camp sites for  
R2000 per night 
(your group only - no other campers or day visitors will be allowed)

Important info: 
-Very basic/rustic facilities  
-No Electricity
-Bring own bedding / cutlery / toiletries / lighting
-Don’t remove anything from rooms
-Hot water in showers not guaranteed
-Kids under 7 stay for free
-Be aware of fire risk, only braai in designated places.
-Use life jacket when boating or swimming in river
-Catch and release Bigmouth Yellowfish (endangered species list)
-Respect other campers and our Echo Community members living and working on the farm

About us:

ECHO Youth Development is a faith based registered non-profit organization (Sec 18(A) 930033233; 2001/02573308) founded in 2001 to provide a support system for vulnerable youth in South-Africa. Youth in need live together in 13 houses, called Echo Communities (in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Stellenbosch . . . ). We also host weekly youth programs at 11 schools.
